Design and Specification
The Xolo A800 is an Android smartphone running on the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 version operating system. This smartphone comes with dual-SIM standby, with SIM1 supporting 3G network. It runs on the dual-core 1 GHz processor, which facilitates multitasking and processing to offer a superior experience to users. Other highlights of this handset are an 8 megapixel primary camera, 0.3 megapixel secondary camera and Google Maps. It has a number of smart sensors like accelerometer for auto-rotation, ambient light sensor for auto-brightness level and proximity sensor for turning off the screen when in the proximity of an object. This smartphone comes in a bar form factor with a full touchscreen layout, which is quite convenient to operate. It has a 4.5 inch In-Plane Switching LCD capacitive touchscreen that supports 16 million colours.

The 8 megapixel primary camera of this smartphone comes with a Backside Illumination (BSI) sensor to capture sharp quality images. This camera has a number of photo enhancing features like LED flash, autofocus, touch focus and High Dynamic Range (HDR). It also has a 0.3 megapixel secondary camera.
This smartphone supports 2G, 3G, GPRS, Edge, and Wi-Fi to facilitate smooth and fast internet connectivity. It allows users to share data stored in its memory with compatible devices using Bluetooth and microUSB port.
Battery and Storage
The Xolo A800 is powered by a 1600 mAh Li-ion battery, which lasts for a talk time of up to 5.8 and 2.7 hours on 2G and 3G, respectively. This handset has an internal memory of 4 GB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB using a microSD card.
